Mr. Ashok Kumar brings over 28 years of exemplary professional experience to Alfheim combining technical expertise, extensive construction knowledge, management skills and strategies. The journey found its inception at Unitech in 1989 and trailed forward to The Leela Group in 1992. The year 1994 saw the venture of a new company established by Mr. Ashok Kumar under the brilliant guidelines of his elder brother, Mr. Ajay Choudhary. Since then there was no retracing of his steps and the journey shows today numerous fruition of achievements in the construction field.

Mr. Saurav Singh is the Director of Alfheim India. A resourceful and young second-generation entrepreneur, having years of rich experience, Saurav has been given the opportunity to lead company through a phase in which the company can be established itself as one of India's leading and fastest growing real estate developers. He oversees following tasks: Strategy development and the stewardship of physical, financial and human resource, Group operational and financial performance, Executive leadership, Health, safety and environmental performance, Corporate values and ethics.
